First Year Expectations at GreenMaster

• Although our program is extremely effective, initial results may be somewhat slow within the first season depending on weed severity and turf health.

• Our program is designed for long-term use as results progressively improve over time. Allow at least one-year of service to produce visible improvements.

• On-Call Weed Insurance does not apply to first year customers and weed control treatments will not control certain “grassy” weeds if they have already emerged.

• Weed control does not mean 100% weed free. Weed control is the level of weed suppression to the extent as to allow the primary turfgrass to flourish to its full potential with minimal to no weed pressure or influence resulting in a clean & attractive appearance.

• If your lawn is in a weakened/unhealthy condition, some treatments may cause temporary turf stress and a soil test should be taken.

Expectations of Timing

• The day we service your lawn is based on the plan you selected. Each plan includes specific treatments that are applied at different times throughout the season for the best results.

• If you see us in your neighborhood but we haven’t treated your lawn, it simply means we are applying a treatment that is not scheduled for your plan at that time.

• We carefully schedule all applications to avoid unfavorable weather conditions and ensure the best possible outcome for your lawn. Because of this, treatment dates may shift slightly, and we appreciate your patience as we plan your next service.
